Organising Committee
The Governor’s Prayer Breakfast is an important event in the calendar of the wider Christian community of Western Australia and the organising committee is dedicated to its continued growth, success and relevance. It is organised on a ‘not for profit’ basis by an incorporated, voluntary committee which has no denominational allegiance.

| Richard Foster
Richard is married to Roslyn, father to six children and grandfather of 4 (soon to be 6). He is a lecturer in Business and Management and also provides oversight to the Web Christian Community. Richard is a member of several pastoral and marketplace networks across the state and is the author of bible based studies that are circulated worldwide.
Apart from his present roles Richard has worked as an administrator, businessman, groundsman, dishwasher and builder. Richard is the secretary of Governor's Prayer Breakfast Organising Committee and is also responsible for organizing and managing prayer support for the Governor's Prayer Breakfast.
